"The Hotel it has small rooms, but they’re clean, we have a problem with the air conditioner and immediately they fixed, the staff, some are friendly but it looks like the person in charge wich is a lady is not friendly it’s just business and that’s about it. The hotel is a 1 minute walk distance from the Kyoto station, in the same location there is a large mall with anything you need. So very good experience "

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Keihan Kyoto Hachijoguchi. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from Kyoto Station, making it easy to get around the city and explore nearby sights. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and all the little details—like the in-room air purifier, amenities, and thoughtful design—made it feel welcoming and relaxing. One of my favorite features was the large public bath, which was such a refreshing way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. The staff were outstanding—always polite, helpful, and attentive. Their warm hospitality really made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto. It offers excellent comfort, great facilities, and unbeatable convenience. I would happily stay here again!"
