"Staff was nice. The rooms were the smallest of all our trip (4 different cities) and there was no access to the other side of the bed, so one of us had to hop over the other to lie down. The bathroom was also ridiculously small (the tub was exactly 36 inches lengthwise - challenging for my 6’4” husband) and to use the toilet we had to sit sideways to fit our legs. We were also disappointed by the pillows (they looked and felt like dish sponges, mesh and everything), and despite having two guests in the reservation, they left one of each item for us (one bath towel, one face towel, one water, etc.). When we asked for more water, we were told to go to the 7-Eleven next door.
Finally, we couldn’t control the AC, there are instructions to “turn it off” if hou don’t like it.
Overall, we can’t recommend this hotel."
