"All of the staff members I interacted with were professional, efficient, and friendly.
The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet so I slept well.
I appreciate the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. That is a huge help.
I also appreciate the fact that it is so close to Vision City Mall.

"This is the 2nd time we stayed at Hilton Residences. We booked the 2 bedrooms unit with breakfast. Their services are good, but if they can provide with more varieties of food in their breakfast buffet would be great.
The residences' gym is good and comfortable, the air cond has been fixed.
But one thing that they need to fix immediately is the bench press machine. They have installed it wrongly. The safety pin to hold the bar from rotating is not properly installed."

"The rooms were clean. The staff were hospitable and friendly, they were able to provide an extra room at short notice.
The only issue was the room that I had booked and paid for one night was given to another client. Other than that, Masurina Lodge was great.
