"There were plenty of spaces to park but people smoking pot and cigarettes were gathered outside the door. The smell was awful and I didn’t feel safe. Hallways and common areas were not clean. The room was decent so we stayed but will not return. "

"Lourdes she was an amazing front desk help. She made the call to have me picked up from the airport. She made sure the check in process was smooth and easy. She assisted with many of things. She suggested places to take my kids and it was a hit for them.They had soo much fun at Zapzone. Other staff were okay some didn’t speak at all but it’s okay. Lourdes from the bottom of my heart….You are amazing and I pray you get a big raise and promotion. Quincie Davis"

"The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a two-night stay and arrived at 2 AM after a 7-hour drive with my wife, expecting to finally get some rest. Unfortunately, the room was in unacceptable condition. There was a strong mold smell throughout the room. We found hair on the bed and even on one of the bath towels. The other towel had yellow stains, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. I didn’t feel comfortable enough to even take a shower. We ended up covering the bed with...

"The only complaint I have is that in order to get your room cleaned you have to notify the front desk. Putting (or not putting) the notice on the door does not apply. You have the let them know the day before and each day that you want your room cleaned."
