"The checkin process was a bit frustrating, not many dinning options within the hotel and room cleaning occurs in the late afternoon, very inconvenient when you are in the room, carpets are filthy. I would not stay here again."

"Loved it got the theme park access, the room was comfy pretty easy to get to all 3 parks and close to the Gold Coast.
Room was comfy and plenty of space for 3 of us. Pool and water park is probably more suited to younger kids than older, but great for a quick dip after a day at the parks.
Probably wouldn't pick this as a base for the gold coast, but if up there for theme parks, which I was, I think this was a food resort style option with a 10 and 13 year old."

"We had a wonderful stay over the school holidays. The hotel is well maintained and clean. We loved the buffet breakfast. A peaceful place to arrive after a busy day and just relax by the pool."

"I was very disappointed with the pool, no steps to get in or out but rather a gravely slope in. Totally unsuitable for older people as myself. For someone who swims daily U was not able to."
