"Honestly the best hotel I’ve stayed at from rooms to staff everything was amazing!!"

"The Breakfast was ok the 1 day I went down to eat. The morning weekday staff were much more professional and gave better customer service. We checked in on a Saturday and come not get any service for the running toilet in our room until Monday morning and they moved us to another room. The closet door was broken and had tried to be pepaired with some putty or something. The bed was squeeky and mattress what's sunken in in our 1st room. ."

"Our air conditioning went out the first night and the bathrooms by the pool smelled awful and were disgusting and never had enough pool towels "

"Breakfast menu was fresh and worth going to. Many selections for adults and children. Very nice hotel and clean. My only gripe is that my toilet didn't flush. Didn't see an issue with it because we weren't in the room except to sleep. Didn't notice it until the night before check out. Other than that, I would stay again. Oh and they say pool is heated but heat definitely wasn't on while we stayed."
