"Walked into the room "an upgraded room"....to be hit in the face with cigarette smoke!
Got switch to another downgraded room to have the EXACT SAME ISSUE....Then was told that was all the rooms they had.... So apparently people smoke in the location and nothing is done about it. Had to wait 10 days for a refund while haveing to find another place to stay that night!!! SO INCONVENIENT!!!! I'll never be back there no matter the cost.."

There is no need to go into detail, but she could have resolved the issue in the first place instead of waiting until 90 minutes later.
