"Great golf course. Staffs were very very helpful. Dinner food was great. Breakfast was great as well. We were at the cottage and it was a decent room. Our room had issue with electricity-light and were asked to change room. I would recommend. For the reference, lodge is for 2 ppl max and cottage is 4 ppl max."

"Bay Lake Tower was excellent. Staff was the best by a mile. Balcony view was perfect- fireworks view and lake view. The room was outfit with all the little things that made the stay seamless. Housekeeping was top notch. Only recommendation would be for more washing machines in the common laundry. It was like the hunger games to get a load of laundry in."

"Clean hotel, friendly staff, and an excellent complimentary breakfast. However, Expedia should clearly disclose the $15/night parking fee before booking. Our room had two king beds but no table, desk, chairs, or microwave...only a small shelf under the TV. The mini fridge was half blocked by ice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but clearer descriptions of room amenities would help travelers know exactly what to expect."

"Excellent place to go if you're going to Orlando/Kissimmee area. Breakfast was included and had a wide variety of fresh items to choose from. Reception at 5pm every night offering drinks and snacks, Access to H2O water park, access to Margaritaville pools, free laundry and shuttles to water park and Sunset Walk Promenade for dining and shopping. Rooms were clean and spacious. The pool is big and the water is warm. If I had to complain about anything was that I had to ask several times for towels...
