Cari Resor di Southwest Orlando

"Some of the staff was nice, some were very rude. The building is very old and needs major updates. Our toilet would not flush. Got maintenance to help. The next night, we got back to the room and there was sewage coming out of our shower drain. Went to the front desk and they were very rude. Got placed in a new room around midnight and the shower didn't have hot water. It was horrible. Also, the breakfast was fine but wildly overpriced and they added a forced gratuity. Avoid at all costs!"

"Hotel was nice, beautiful pool area staff very helpful and attentive. However our last day of our stay we found the room to be infested with ants. The room was kept clean and we were on the 8th floor but it was significant and gross."

"very clean, staff went out of their way to help. Bus shuttle to the parks were very timely."

"Very nice"

"Clean room, great staff , beautiful resort"

"I like the transportation to the parks which saved us from having to drive in the very busy traffic. Also the restaurant on the property was very good and the hotel itself is close yo so many other eating places"

"Pros: property was clean, staff was on site and the the cafe store was well stocked. The room was also clean, smelled pleasant and well stocked with toiletries. Cons: the bath tub drain was broken and wouldn’t plug. i also received three phone calls from 6:30 to 7:45 in the morning that i didn’t ask for which woke me up and hurt my sleep. When trying to address the broken drain, the person i spoke with said they would look into it after i expressed my frustration about spending extra money...

"Excellent trip. Enjoyed our one day stay there. Only complaint was the extra charge for “early check in” - tired of every hotel nickel and diming. Extra cost to park, extra for high floor, extra for view, extra for balcony and now this. Other than that the stay was nice."

"The staff was friendly and the access to H20 waterpark"

"The staff was great, the room was clean and well equipped. Bonus were the warm chocolate chip cookies when we checked jn."

"Ok"
