"Rooms are very, wet/damp had to continuously wipe up water off the floors, no AC running or anything not sure where the water was coming from"

"Staff was nice, there were a few stains on our sheets. Room key wouldn’t work for the parking deck gate had to go back twice because we couldn’t get out. Other than that we had a nice stay."

"We had an issue at checkin - assigned a room with one bed and sofa when I was pretty sure I paid for two beds through hotels.com. I double-checked and showed the front desk clerk a reservation for an executive double room. It was handy to have that info on the hotels.com app and the clerk assigned us another room. "
