They offered a two queen bed room on the first floor which I considered a downgrade but they considered an upgrade. Really? We registered our dissatisfaction and said we'd check out early the next morning and not stay the remaining 3 nights. When checking out I asked how to get a refund for the remaining unused nights and the hotel said to get with Expedia. We did,...

"The room was nice and big . The only complaint I got is the microwave the door was broken and water was coming through the windowsill when it rained. And I was told, maintenance was coming multiple times to fix everything.But nobody showed up."

"There’s roaches. Staff didn’t offer to give me a new room when I told them twice about it. The room and hotel itself is overall dirty/not clean. Service was ok. Asked for new sheets the first night, staff handed me the sheets for me to swap out myself- didn’t expect that either… They offered to just spray my room down with bug spray after I told them about the roaches the second time. Will not be going back."

"Breakfast normally has one of the best offerings of a hotel breakfast, but this trip the hot breakfast had mostly empty bowls showing signs of lack of attention by staff. After fresh food was delivered, it looked like a pack of wild animals attacking prey. Would atay again but have back up breakfast plans"
