"We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and very convenient, with hot springs plus complimentary ramen and drinks every evening. What truly stood out, though, was the staff — some of the friendliest and most helpful we’ve ever encountered in over 20 years of travelling. A special mention to the chef at the ramen bar: we arrived very late with a tired toddler, right at closing time, and she kindly made us a special vegetarian ramen. She even remembered us each night after — incredibly sweet and thoughtful. The hotel is also very kid-friendly, with toys and everything you need for a toddler. The reception team went above and beyond, especially when helping us recover a pushchair that had already been collected by Amazon’s courier just one day before our flight. Thanks to their dedication, it was returned to us the same day. We’re truly grateful to the team (especially those were helping us on the pushchair return) for such outstanding care and hospitality."
