"I really loved the location of the Hotel Swartz off. As soon as I walked in, the hotel was very clean and everyone was very sweet and helpful. The rooms were very spacious, but the bathroom was a little tight for two to fit in there. Otherwise the hotel went over above and beyond with the little extras that just made our trip more special."

"Rooms finish before they start. They switch off the air cons in night time and make customers swelter in hot weather. They say it’s climate emergency. Breakfast buffet is absolutely horrible. No variety at all. Better off to eat off street. People pull long faces. Nobody smiles at this hotel. Staff is so aloof that they get angry that somebody has come to their hotel. Rooms are so small that they don’t even have a chair and a desk to sit. One of the worse hotels I have stayed."

"We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and the city views from inside the apartment (especially the view of the church) was beautiful. A lot of space for our family to stretch out , we traveled with two teenage girls and it was nice for them to each have their own bedroom.
