I really enjoyed my stay here. I do wish I would’ve stayed longer. The property is new, clean and very well kept. The staff was excellent. Check in was a breeze. Only issue is the beach construction in the area. Not really an issue just want to come back when it is completed. The beach will be amazing in the coming year.

Everything was perfect. Very accommodating for our later flights to make sure we were settled in and advised on good places to visit. The apartment was exactly as seen and very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. It’s a short walk down the steps to the beach which is lovely for swimming and relaxing at the cafes available there. Shops a short walk to get the essentials (food shop and medicine/toiletries shop) The area is under going a bit construction but it didn’t disturb us as it was a little further away so was very peaceful. Would recommend and visit again!

Great for 2 couples. Amazing views!

Great place to stay with another couple as we rented the 2 beds 2 baths apartment.Close to amenities with an amazing ocean view from the apartment we stayed in. Communication with host is excellent. Spent a relaxing 4 days there. Had everything we needed.

Iva and Željana ( the hosts ) were so lovely and welcoming . The apartment is super clean , super spacious and just an excellent location . A short walk to the city centre which is perfect ! Would recommend to anyone that wants to stay in split , families , couples , friends ! Perfect for everyone . The view was brilliant too!! Would love to come back in the future

Superb accomodation!

Superb accomodation! From the moment we reserved we had great communication from Zeljana the owner. She provided so many tips to take the stress out of our first holiday after Covid. She welcomed us on our arrival and explained all the facilities. This is first class accomodation which is brand new… high spec furniture and beautifully decorated. We reserved the two ground floor apartments right beside the pool with the sea directly in front. We got Ubers into Split city every evening to eat but we often had lunch in one of the beach bars opposite EOL at lunchtime. Book here and you won’t be disappointed… however they have a fab reputation so often fully booked way in advance!

So much better than we imagined!

Everything was great! The apartments are absolutely amazing - very modern and cozy. Fully functioning kitchen, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and generally very spacious. The pool area is amazing and the view is beautiful. The area is a nice walk from the city centre, but otherwise Uber is very affordable. Zeljana was the best host! She helped with everything from information, personalised restaurant recommendations and contact to Ivana who arranged the best trips. Even the airport pickup went smoothly and with a smile, though we were delayed for more than an hour through passport control. We will definitely be back! And hopefully very soon! 🙌

Clean and comfortable

Very comfortable stay at the apartment. Although it wasn’t a problem for us it is probably worth noting the extensive building works going on around the building which may cause a noise problem for some. The apartment itself was very clean and well-specified. A high quality stay. Very close to the beach too, although it is a very busy beach in summer

Vackert och modernt hotell.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på lägenhetshotellet. God kommunikation med ägaren. Smidigt med in- och utcheckning och fantastisk service under hela vistelsen. Nära till strand och mataffär. Renligt och fräscht hotel. Finns allt man behöver och är ett lika bra ställe för par, vänner eller barnfamiljer. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!
