"We enjoyed our stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and pleasant. The eating area for breakfast, and the associated bar for evening use, are down in the basement and felt quite utilitarian. The breakfast itself was okay but not special. One of the elevators was out of commission for 3 of the 5 days we were at the hotel."

"I found a blood stain on a blanket. Not sure if it didn’t come out by washing or didn’t change the sheets. As soon as I told the staff, they replaced it. I wish there was a room slippers were available."

"Clean rooms. You can tell by the exterior, immediately, this hotel takes really good care of their property. Offers a bar, pool, restaurant. Clean rooms, clean towels, clean linens. Sits right next to a beautiful greenway on the river."

"My daughter fell in the shower and hit her head. It was very slippery possibly from a soap residue that had not been rinsed properly when cleaned. Also, there were fewer free amenities than what we''ve enjoyed at other hotels. The vathroom was also small and the only mirror in the room did not have good lighting. The location was okay."

"We absolutely adored our stay here. The house was easy to find, parking was plentiful, and from the moment we arrived, it felt like we were staying with a beloved relative. The entire space is warm, welcoming, and full of character. We stayed in the Blue Room, which overlooked the street from a lovely balcony. It was quiet, filled with beautiful morning light, and spacious enough to spend a relaxing afternoon reading or simply enjoying the room. While the bathroom was shared with another guest,...

"Pool didn't have water in it. Room was very quiet on back side of the building. It needed a bit of maintenance which I told the front staff about. Breakfast was so so - various frozen things to microwave plus juice, instant oatmeal packets, yogurt. We would stay there again."

"Be sure to bring your own toiletries. There was only the tiniest shampoo and conditioner. No soap of any sort. Smelt really old, pillows were the size of throw pillows."
