Hotel Murah di Sportsman Road

"Bed was comfortable, AC cold, shower water pressure great. Smells musty throughout the hotel, the first room supposed to be cleaned, but clearly not. Used soap/ shampoo bottles. Food in the sink. Floor's not vacuumed on week's. Fully opened trash bag with used diapers in the hallway. Second night in our 2nd room, termites from the AC unit to the bathroom, in our bed and lamp shades. Had 4 lamps and only 2worked. We ended our planned stay early because of the termites on our bed."

"One of the things that most impressed me when I booked the hotel was that the list of amenities (booked through Expedia) listed "housekeeping daily". However, during my stay, I learned that was not the case. While there, I checked the hotel's website, which indicated it had "limited" housekeeping. "I booked a specific room through Expedia, but the hotel gave me a completely different one when I arrived. When I asked about the change, staff only apologized and offered no solution or explanation. This was frustrating and misleading, especially since I paid for a particular room type. The experience left me feeling disappointed and let down by both the hotel and the accuracy of their listings."

"Everything was great! Management allowed early check in when we arrived. Only one room was ready but we were able to store our things in it while the other was cleaned. It was near the beach and walking distance to restaurants which was nice. They had a decent hot breakfast for us to enjoy in the morning prior to our cruise which was super convenient. Staff were exceptional and super helpful when help was needed! I would definitely recommend!"

"Our room was terrible. There was mold on the beds and there was a cockroach on the curtian, and damages to the walls. We tried to get our money back and they refused. Said we needed to speak the manager. Tried 5 times the next day to contact her and she was either not in until 11, busy at the moment and then finally she just refused to call us back. Take caution the photos you see are not the the true pictures of the rooms conditons!"

"Overall, the hotel was extremely clean and offered my family and I a pleasant experience. The amenities and housekeeping were useful as well! Though, one minor inconvenience was one of the front desk workers seemed a bit bothered that we had asked for fresh towels and trash can pick-ups on only a couple of days. "Breakfast was nice, hot , many options. It was pet- friendly, and close to the beach , But the other side, the pool needed to be filtered ,kind of cloudy water .Nice pool area chairs and loungers mature trees The hallways needed to be vacuumed and swept. Smoking area could use some attention: sand for the pots used for butts. The room was clean and stocked with towels etc blow dryer/ ironing board/iron , the air conditioner was working the best it could at the 100 temps."

"We chose this hotel to save money by having breakfast included. However, when we checked in, they told us that they weren’t serving breakfast at the property anymore for no reason. It was very important to me because I wanted to have free breakfast with the family before starting the day. The gym also had very few machines. Other than that, everything was good. The hotel is close to the beach. The only issue was that breakfast wasn’t included, and that really affected our experience."
