"El desayuno y la cena en el restaurante y el trato de sus empleados es excelente. Pero los 3 baños de nuestro apartamento no servían. Algunos no bajan y otro botaba agua al piso. Tampoco había zafacón de basura en la cocina."

"This is the 4th time we stay we loved it the first few times but it seems now they are renovating some things . Some amenities like some pools and areas will be closed least in our time there . Food prices increased. Service is still pretty good . Luxury 3 villa lacked of comforters not a big deals but they only provided some throw blankets that were still too small for the beds . Over all we would come back."

The staff are trained at a very highly level; all very courteous; we really enjoyed the various restaurants and considering it is an all inclusive the food was actually pretty good. I have been to DR 3 times and would for sure consider staying here again. It was my wedding anniversary and they even had a ribbon on your door celebrating us! Loved every moment thank you for making our time wonderful"

"I am extremely satisfied with my stay at El Navegante Hotel in Bayahibe! Check in process was easy. 24 hours before my expected arrival I sent the host a message through the expedia app and she responded with my room number and lock code to enter the room. I found the code lock to be extremely handy so I didn't have to worry about losing a key or key card while at the beach. This property is an apartment style building right in the neighborhood. "Drinks at the beach bar are not served with care. The ingredients are ok but the frozen drinks are never frozen and ingredients are just poured in together vs blended. Lobby bar is better. If they cared more about the prep it would nice. I'd rather have one good drink vs ingredients just poured into a cup. The prep matters a lot when it comes to that and it does not cost anything."

"Front desk was super accommodating and was able to get us checked in a few hours earlier than expected. They were friendly, helpful and the room was so clean and modern. The european energy saving amenties and fixtures were a first for us and we loved it!"

Nur die Dame von der Rezeption war bemüht und besorgte uns nach langer zeit einen neuen Router. Wir hatten Zimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmer/Bäder aber Schlafzimmer sind ohne Fernseher, winzig u. unerträglichen Schimmelgeruch!!!! Keine Zimmerreinigung obwohl bei Expedia so angegeben! Toilettenpapier muss man sich selber kaufen! wir waren richtig froh diesen Resort wieder zu verlassen...

"Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, notwendige Reparaturen wurden nicht durchgeführt. Insgesamt macht es einen schmuddeligen Eindruck, das Zimmer allerdings war sauber. Der TV war vorhanden, ging aber nicht. Der Pool wurde während unserer Anwesenheit von niemandem genutzt, wir hatten auch kein Verlangen ihn zu nutzen.Die Lage ist gut, man erreicht das Zentrum in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß.
