I figure any little things brought up in other reviews are just items that come up at older places and the motel is greatful to be notified so they can address them, and they do. "We were not aware the property was under renovation when we booked our stay. While they apologized for the inconvenience, it was still not an ideal stay. Rooms around us were being redone and there was a lot of renovation 'stuff' in the hallways along with noise during the day. "We enjoy our stay here every time we drop a child off for college in Rexburg. It's close enough to do all we need to do to help our college students, far enough away the rates aren't quite as high during typical dropoff and pickup times for BYUI. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the beds are comfortable, easy to enter and exit the parking lot, and a reasonable price"
