Shower floor did not seem stable. It made alot of noise when standing on it.Room did not have enough of the toiletries, had to ask for tissue and soap.

I was not able to check in at 4 because my room wasn’t ready until 5:30, making me late to the event I was in town for. Also, the bathroom door is a barn door that has issues with the track it rolls on. We were unable to close the door!
