"Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! "

"Our apartment was wonderful with all the amenities you could need, and the building was safe, well lit, and clean with 24-hour front desk attendant and key cards to get into the building and between sections. It was nice to return to a safe quiet neighborhood at night, though if you're sightseeing it's a bit of a back and forth to get to the sights. The staff was so helpful and took care of everything we could need on our visit. Would definitely stay again."

"The room was very modern and clean. It was perfect for our requirements. Our only issue was the fact that we got our check in instructions when we were waiting outside out the premises after having to contact customer service. Perhaps emailing the info out earlier in the day would be better. "

"My daughters and I spent our final 2 nights in London at The Pelham. It was the perfect cap to the trip. The location was excellent, the kindest staff, the beds were very comfy, and the small touches like the beautiful floral mugs and the pink slippers. The restaurant was delicious as well, we enjoyed an Italian supper, and filling breakfasts. We can’t wait to visit again. "

"It was easy to book the accommodation at short notice; the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and accessible without physical contact. There’s no breakfast provided, but there are plenty of options nearby. The location is great too, with good links to public transport and a very quiet setting. All in all: very good."
