"Initially we were thrilled to stay here, as the pub manager showed us to our room, carried one of our suitcases and assured us that the waters & snacks would be replenished every day. Discovered after one shower that the shower gel was empty. I emailed the establishment asking for it to be refilled, and even left the top of the bottle on the bath mat as a hint. "Very convenient location. Right next to the Farringdon Station. You could hear a bit of the trains but it was not noisy at all. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops near by. This was the second time we stayed at a master apartment. This time we experienced a bit hiccup with the electrical appliances ( washing machine and toaster). Communication with the CS team was courteous though would take a bit time to reach the ends. We would recommend this property."

"Great great location, clean, friendly staff; the air conditioning saved us in hot weather in July. We were minutes away from a lot of tourist attractions and we were able to easily commute to distant locations via tube. Having a mini kitchen was also great so we could grocery shop in Sainsburys (next to the building) and cook in our kitchenette. Made our London experience very enjoyable."
