"Very nice hotel with breathtaking views of the falls. However, we were double-charged for our stay when we checked in and no one at the hotel would do anything about it. The point of sale terminal crashed and registered a hold on our credit card (according to the front desk agent, this is a regular occurrence). "Loved the location and room - what a view. I appreciated the advice about view and which room to book. However the pool was closed and we didn’t know in advance which was a bummer. Also the rooms were nice and clean however no full length mirror nor mirror in the bedroom! How are 2 gals to get ready at one mirror in small bath?"

"Overall, we had a nice stay! The hotel was clean, updated, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms. The room itself was comfortable and a positive part of our experience. It is located right on Clifton Hill and everything was in walking distance!
Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was very disappointing. For the price, we expected a much better selection, but the food options were very basic, and drinks were not included in the already expensive price. The breakfast definitely did not meet...
