"The staff at the front desk and the cleaning staff were amazingly friendly! The location is nice - situated close to but not in the French Quarter. The bed was very close to the air conditioner and it made it difficult to get the temperature adequately adjusted. Parking was awesome!"

".OLD, dilapidated old, not quaint old. MANY, many stairs to get to your room and they are old metal stairs difficult to maneuver - no one to assist with luggage. No place to sit as you have to put your luggage on the plastic chair, No dresser - when I asked the staff she said I should just hang everything up. "The room was beautiful and very comfortable! Air conditioning was working well. The bar cart and fridge were stocked though we did not use anything from it. The bar and staff were wonderful. "

"Very comfortable the rooms are updated and nicely decorated. All the Front desk staff members are so helpful and extremely friendly! The lobby is very charming with convenient areas for guests who are working while there. They have a consieire who gives great advice and a very helpful and friendly bellman who senses when you need assistance. The restaurant has a very good menue and serves breakfast lunch and dinners on site. There is even a dj on site! I highly recommend hotel Tonnelle!"
