The service was excellent with attentive friendly staff in reception and the bar area.
The location is about an hour walk from old town Kotor but is a pleasant coastal walk or a 20 minute taxi drive. ( but avoid the midday heat / traffic in summer)

The room was clean and spacious. The parking was safe with plenty of spaces. It is a short drive to old town. The road is very narrow but added to the appeal. "

"About a 30 minute walk to old town. Just close enough to walk and just far enough that it’s quiet, the restaurants are not tourist traps and you can park your car.
Jovanna was wonderful at check-in, explaining everything about the property, how to get to town as well as food and tourist options.
Breakfast and pool area are great. The pool was our safe haven when the cruise ships made old town too busy and the temperatures reached 30+

"Negative experience. The room was dirty, facilities broken, e.g.: WC and sink were leaking water. When telling this to the host, he mentioned that rooms are cleaned every day, if that is true (which we do not believe), the standard of cleaning is equal to non-existent. Breakfast buffet is on the smaller side but well sufficient and with the option to order egg dishes. Very attentive staff and a real cappuccino gets a thumbs up from me....
