"First of all visiting Bath was awesome! The hotel was Very convenient to the Roman baths and Abby, close to restaurants and the river. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We had a car and wished we would have contacted the hotel ahead of time since we had had to park in an off site lot."

"Clean and comfortable room , would have been nice to have had complimentary water in room and option of decaf coffee and tea though . Lovely selection of breakfast food , and very friendly staff there . The only let down was one young lady on reception on our first night that didn’t seem aware of us waiting to be seen / check in for approx 5 mins , as she was on her phone sending personal msgs on WhatsApp as noticed by my Daughter . Overall though a lovely stay , and hotel in a fab position for shopping/ sightseeing. "

"The room was compact but modern, stylish, comfortable, clean and totally functional. Oat milk and decaf coffee in the room. The were no windows, but I knew that when booking. Efficient staff - check in took 21 seconds! Great location. I went to a concert at Komedia, which is next door. Wetherspoons etc nearby."

"We stayed in the Stable Block in the car park, lovely big room with fantastic shower. We enjoyed our stay as the hotel is right in the centre of Bath and great for seeing the city. Just a few small moans, the pantry idea is great but it might just be better to put the items in the rooms - for a hotel of this price it would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room. Also, the pantry assumes that all guests will take items equally! I’m afraid our pantry area had been cleared out before we got a chance! And the bar is closed for refurbishment - this had not been mentioned in any prior communication and we weren’t told at check in. The downstairs breakfast room is doubling as a bar but it lacked any bar ambience."

"Lovely hotel, Some staff very welcoming - the bar man and the waiter at breakfast went above and beyond. The room however was very warm and we could not get the air conditioning to work - even with the window open it was unbearable. The bathroom sink was a bit limescaley for my liking in what is classed as a high quality hotel. Overall the stay was lovely"

"This was my first time staying at St Catherine's Hospital, and it was a hidden gem in the beautiful city of Bath. Comfortable, quiet, central, well-equipped space to chill and to sleep. I could easily have stayed here a week. "
