"We felt very safe during our stay. It was very nice that someone was always present at the front gate to monitor who entered the property. The unit was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on away from home. We had a great time at the pool. It was a very comfortable unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We would not be interested in a time share but would stay as a hotel guest if available."

"The home was very nice and clean and 3 BD/2BR was exactly what my family needed. As a matter of fact, we stay in Tallahassee and are going to pick our son up from UNF in Jacksonville tomorrow and I am about to see if there is availability at this place ---- that's how much we all liked it. "Eveything was perfect. From the price to the location, beach access, the simple apartment had everyrhing we needed and wanted for our small trip"

"This space was very charming for the 5 of us. 2 bathrooms made it very nice with my mom staying with us. It was a short drive to the beach around 10 minutes. Historic area was a short drive as well. The outdoor patio area in the large backyard was warm and inviting. My kids had a great time playing the board games and using the karaoke machine when we were waiting for the heat to pass. Our stay was so fun! "

"Very clean; excellent place to stay!"

"First of all, the grass was not mowed. The whole yard looked terrible and was full of weeds. The garage was small and there were huge empty boxes in the way. We had to rearrange them to get the two smallest cars in there. There is a camera in the garage that we were not told about. The noses were from new patio furniture. The refrigerator leaked and barely cooled and the freezer did not freeze well enough as to where a bag of ice was melting in it. The home is very sparsely furnished. One couch...
