"This was probably one of the worst hotel experiences we've had, especially for a room costing over $150 per night. We knew it wasn't a luxury hotel and chose it because it was on the more affordable side, but we still expected a clean, functional place to stay. "Where to begin? The desk lady presented herself as if she was doing you a favor for unlocking the door and receiving a guest. "Parking wasn't great, there is enough for the number of hotel rooms, but not enough room for hotel guests if there is a function on....Which seems to be often. We had to park in a nearby carpark and keep checking for a free space. Breakfast was ok. On the first morning it was quite quiet but they Kept running out of coffee and plates. The second morning was better. Food is nothing special. The Room. We stayed in the Emily Dickinson room, it was ok. Nice decor. Bed terrible, needs...

"Room was great, clean and had amazing view. Only negatives were waiting over 5 minutes in an empty lobby at night for someone to come give my keys and parking - the day of you apply for parking and after you already paid and booked the room it’s says parking isn’t guaranteed, then I had to remind them my parking was supposed to be included so I did t get charged."

"The best part is the pool. The worst is one of the staff members. Might as well just go to the one across the street, they have a water slide and hot tub. Rooms are clean when you first arrive but cleaners don't come everyday so our sheets were not changed, nor were the trashes emptied etc. The pool genuinely was the best part of the stay. Which was a shallow pool, best for kids. Breakfast hours were short and early, not ideal for everyone. I will not be coming back personally."

Not only the kitchen was however minimally equipped but also messages from the hosts (although okay and professional) showed that it is managed by a company (or, at least, that was my feel). If you don't expect (or if you are trying to avoid) human interaction and if you are okay with sending copies of ID, then you will enjoy this very clean place."
