"Apartment 102 has large bathroom, a washer-dryer, and microwave oven. Very close to "Chicago" station - though no lift/elevator to street level ie carry bags up stairs. Major concern for apartments facing road is security light that shines through blinds all night - as bright as daylight in main room! Consider sleeping in bathroom, if you want any sleep from street noise and light."

"Me and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights. Overall, I think that we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that peeved us. The biggest thing was that though hot water just wouldn’t turn off no matter what we tried. The water was scolding hot so we were unable to use the shower. Also, the customer service was a little poor with no one being on site. Help was hard to come by if they fix the water issue and maybe had a bit more responsiveness I would easily rate them four stars, but...

"This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to Lincoln Park and many restaurants. Staff was kind and helpful, although 2 of the 3 elevators did not work for most of our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, although a bit outdated. The hotel is going through a renovation. Good restaurant downstairs and the rooftop bar is great. I would stay here again."
