"Our stay was disappointing overall. Breakfast was consistently overcrowded and poorly stocked unless you arrived right at 6:00 AM. On multiple mornings—not just the first—items like yogurt were unavailable, the fridge wasn’t restocked, and we had to wait a long time just to get waffle mix. The room itself also had several issues. The bathroom door didn’t lock, the toilet seat was unstable, and the faucet was loose and coming off. The in-room coffee maker was missing pieces, so it couldn’t even be used. The location wasn’t that convenient for walking to Forest Park as it was too far and not many places to eat around us. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, especially considering the repeated issues during our stay."

"Staff was very nice and responsive but property is extremely run down, old and in need of renovation. No pool on-site, no nearby restaurants and too far from downtown St. Louis "

"They were okay with pets but charged an additional deposit for dog 2. The room was very dirty, smelled strongly of stale cigarettes, and there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling that was leaking pretty badly, onto the floor and into the light fixture. The tub was filthy and the floors were extremely dirty to the point that we would not take our shoes off. There were many, various characters hanging out in the parking lot, smoking all number of things. The bathroom door would not shut as it was swollen from the humidity caused by the leak. We pulled the bedside table out to reach an outlet and found an earing, clumps of dirt and fur, a cigarette butt, cigarette wrappers, and a dirty fork. The price for the room should be much, much lower. We left the room in better condition than we found it as we don’t smoke and cleaned the floors and removed the trash found. "

"Narsty dark stain on the mattress about 2.5 feet long. Moved rooms. Heard the people above us throughout the night just walking. The hotel seems to have very thin floors. Received a noise complaint at 8:30am when my family of 5 were trying to gather things to leave. The pool was clean. Parking costs 30 a night. "

"My room was clean and bathroom spacious. The manager sent a text to guests when a weather emergency occurred to let everyone know where to go and also followed up to make sure my stay was going well "
