"They charged a $15 amenities fee when we got there and said it was for WiFi, but there was never any information about how to use the WiFi, or any option to not get charged the extra fee. "Room was disgusting. Staff literally was answering their personal phones (at least 3 different times) while helping people. It smelled atrocious. Mattresses has giant stains on them. Mattresses had crumbs on them. The floor was sticky. No way the mini fridge has ever been cleaned.. stains ..."
