Waited 2 hours past our 4:00 check-in for our rooms, not a 'sorry' or any kind of comp. Valet tried to charge me for a two day stay as well. Took three days to get a refund. Employee at breakfast buffet scolded us for taking a long time (we did not take long, we were getting plates for 2 adults+3 kids). Valet took an hour to get our car - we used the text system and the valet desk said they didn't even have our car in the queue when we asked how much longer. He put us up...
