"So we arrived for a trip and planned to stay 3 nights. We got a great deal on flight and hotel and the first couple days the staff went above and beyond and helped us in every way. Unfortunately our last day there things changed. Not a huge fan of the scheduled shuttles to the airport on the hr. Compared to on a need basis. Just an fyi. The hotel is located at the end/start of the main run way and you can hear the planes motors roaring when they start takeoff. Didn’t affect our sleep. Just annoying while watching tv or relaxing We asked for a shuttle at 4:30am and was told no the evening before we were to check out. It’s either 4 or 5 am On the hr. Next morning as we are getting into our uber we see the shuttle van just sitting there. We’ve used shuttle all the time with hotels. A lot of the places we can just hop on if room and go to the airport. We did this multiple times in the past at other hotels. We were first told no we couldn’t but then the next person let us. We did this for two days. Catch a shuttle with few people on it and went to the airport to catch the UP train. Staff were very friendly and did a great job but they all aren’t on the same page. Free breakfast was great. "

"This hotel needs a serious update. Everything is broken, dirty, and worn out. Even the parking lot looked like it hadn’t been maintained in 50 years with huge pot holes and loose gravel. The layout of the hotel is good, but it is very run down. "

"The only thing I would complain about is the upfront $300.00 damage charge. It seems a little steep compared to most motel rates."

"Really lovely spot and very convenient. We only stayed for a night but felt accommodated by the team there. I wish the doors were tad more soundproof to the people outside/ if the doors had an automatic stopper/slower to avoid doors being slammed when shut. Breakfast was fine, wish there was a better selection. Parking was very easy and very convenient."

"The room had a smell of sewage. The staff was a wear of it. Kept offering to change the room, however, nothing happened. Worst hotel experience ever."
