"Beautiful hotel. Enjoyed the roof top restaurant & bar area. Would have enjoyed restaurant offering breakfast & lunch… that would have put the stay over the top. The lobby area did offer sandwich, croissant type breakfast and coffee - pay as you go. However, very limited offerings. Meanwhile, a conference was taking place near elevators. They had a full breakfast buffet set up… smelled delicious but not offered to general guests."

"The front desk staff was VERY RUDE!"

"Nno pool as advertised. Broken elevator. Cabinet door wouldn't. Stay closed. Desk clerk was wonderful and so helpful and room was very clean but very, very tired"

"Very clean staff was nice breakfast was very fresh"

"Very mediocre place. A pool table is the only amenity.. other than a few seats. The first room has several bugs .. lady bugs and other flying insects. Got other room it was clean and no insects however after night one we had a few more lady bugs join us. Also we stayed 3 nights and NEVER had housekeeping!!!! For 2 people we were only given 2 towels 2 washcloths per night.. had to ask every other time, ridiculous"

I didn't even know about the shower until they sent a maintenance person to my room 30 min after I checked in, without letting me know ahead of time. I was totally freaked out, he knocked on my door, not in uniform or showing anything on his person that proved he was a hotel employee. I refused...
