"There was no hot water and when I called up front , I was told I would get a call back. The call back never came and I called again and they acted as if they knew the whole time. I was not offered any solution or refund of portion of money. The breakfast was good though, and the cook actually was horrified when he heard the front desk employee screaming at me. "The gentleman who waited on us to check in & out wasn’t friendly. He was difficult to hear because he spoke softly. He did not offer a receipt at check out. The Window blind in room was broken. When retracting, it appeared to be broken on the left side. There was no wall thermostat in the room - only holes where it should have been. A channel guide would be helpful for the tv."

"We arrived and found that the restaurant and bar were going to be closed for the duration of our stay. This is a remote area, so we had to drive to locate any food or drink. We had to change rooms several times, as we wanted a room on the lakeside and had to upgrade to a handicap room, due to the toilets being so low to the ground in the regular rooms. "The property is old and crusty. The online pictures look nothing like the property in person."

"We arrived at 4pm and they gave away our room to someone else in error because they didn't bother to check the name. So we had to settle for a smaller room that was not as clean as expected for a newer hotel. Very disappointed. The best part of tge stay was their pancake machine ar breakfast. Even though I travel through the area often, I won't be going back. Definitely not up to Hilton hotel group standards."
