"Extremely bad staff. Yelling at their customers for no reason. Very unsafe place to stay"

"Currently under renovation, so the new rooms look good but the older rooms seem to lack quite a bit. My room had stains in the carpet and a persistent odor. The air conditioning did not appear to work as expected (granted, it was among the hottest days of the year). There was police presence when we checked in. Not sure if this is representative of the area or just bad timing. The officer was speaking to a guest. Cleanliness: the property itself is very clean. The room seemed "good enough"...

"My biggest complaint was that despite calling the day before arrival and emailing the day of, the sofa bed was not completely ready to accommodate our granddaughter. The bed had a fitted and flat sheet but that was it. No pillow, no blanket. And we arrived late in the evening. It was bedtime. Calls to the front desk produced busy signals for over half an hour. I finally had to go downstairs to the front desk where the woman down there gave me what I needed which I had to lug upstairs...

"The room reeked of smoke and other smells and was quite disgusting. I had to ask the receptionist to give me a nonsmoking room. They gave me another room but it too smelled of smoke. This is the third time that a hotel I had reserved via Expedia turned out be disgusting. The owners such hotels seem to be using them as cash cows. They don’t invest in maintenance or repairs. I’ll never reserve a hotel through Expedia again. In fact I’m going to delete my Expedia app."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not clean when I arrived, the bathroom had a bad smell, and the beds were uncomfortable. The staff was unhelpful and took a long time to respond to simple requests. The Wi-Fi barely worked, and the noise from the hallways made it difficult to sleep. Overall, the experience did not match the price, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
