"first room stank of cigarette smoke, upon requesting another room, the receptionist claimed there were no rooms left, blatantly lying through his teeth given after a little push back he eventually caved and gave me another room, which wasnt in amazing condition but acceptable compared to the previous room i was offered. pray you get a decent room so you are not at the mercy of these incompetent staff members. this room is only worth Β£30/40 a night, any higher and best consider alternatives like...

"No hot water, so couldn't have a shower. Or a warm water wash. They made me pay Β£10 extra when i got there "Because my original booked room had been given to someone else, so we had to give you a bigger one". Advertised as Bed and Breakfast, but no breakfast available. There was nothing on the property to indicate that it was a hotel, the front door code didn't work and the address they gave me was wrong, so i called at the wrong building when i arrived"

"Had a wonderful stay! The hotel is lovely and comfortable, and the staff are kind and helpful. I was there for a concert, and loved the attention to detail of having a themed cocktail list, as well as the very funny photo op set up with a cardboard cutout of the artist! π Will definitely be staying here again on my next trip."
