"Quiet hotel, soft close doors.lifts which helps with some disabilities. Staff were friendly and helpful.plenty of disabled parking.best hotel I stayed in during my Wales road trip. Only criticism was furniture in room was dusty."

"Lovely modern decor. Parking at the back - not well signposted Room as described. It had been cleaned, but when we went to put our belongings in a draw, the previous persons clothing, underwear and dirty socks were still in the draw. Stain to the bedding. Use the phone to call reception- it’s was broken. Went to reception, explained this, Daria on the desk was very apologetic, and swapped us rooms with no issues with an upgrade. She was very polite and professional. Theses things happen. Hotel is very clean, and a lovely atmosphere. Opposite the train station, good location and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay again. "
