"Wir haben auf unserer Durchreise für zwei Tage eine Junior Suite bezogen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber, zudem absolut zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, allerdings haben wir den Kaffeeautomat während des Mahl- sowie Brühhvorgangs als wirklich sehr störend empfunden. Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut und ruhig gelegen. Es gibt eine Parkgarage gegen Gebühr. Einige Meter weiter gibt es ein Freibad, dieses haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt. Gute Restaurants sind...

"The property is situated about 15 to 20 minutes drive from Luzern . The view is beautiful. Our room was.small but very cozy. The restaurant next door is very good. Breakfast was included, so that's a plus. It has a very relax atmosphere. We enjoyed the place. Will definitely come back to stay here again. I find though Switzerland is a very expensive place to visit."

"Wow such a stunning location right on lake Luzern. We had lakefront room with balcony. Beautiful location about 15 minutes drive outside of downtown Luzern. It was too cold to use the pool but they have a nice relaxing wellness center with sauna. They have an outdoor hot tub but apparently you had to reserve in advance (which was not explained when we made reservation) so unfortunately we were not able to use. "A comfortable hotel with helpful staff offering modern, well maintained rooms. Excellent breakfast. Lucerne city centre is around 20 minutes away on a regular bus service."

"Was a lovely place to stay, however we weren't aware that the hotel was not staffed after 1 pm on a Monday, also the restaurant was closed on Monday but they did suggest recommendations. The only other small but strange thing was the mini bar was communal in the outer Hall. Although we were self check in on the Monday, the staff we saw on the Tuesday were very helpful"

"As with most hotels in Europe, air-conditioning is not something that exists or if it does generally does not work very well, so you should just understand this if it is going to be very hot during your stay. We ate at the hotel for dinner and it was excellent. We recommend the food there."
