"Main elevator was down the whole 4 days of our stay. Door lock on room needed to be replaced as card keys didn't work. No housekeeping was done for the 3 days we were there & ran out of towels/ toilet paper. When trying to call front desk after 2 rings a recording says front desk not available call back later.
