"We truly enjoyed our 2-night stay here with our fur baby! The property offers contactless check-in and check-out, and it’s in a great location—just a 5–10 minute walk to a private beach, restaurants, and more. I accidentally left my wedding band behind and immediately texted their customer service number. A live person responded right away, reached out to their housekeeping team, and quickly confirmed they had found it. Exceptional customer service! Highly recommend this place—we’ll definitely be coming back next year!"

"Enjoyed staying here. It was lovely. The rooms were spacious and clean. They have valet parking and assistance handling your luggage at the door. They had overbooked double queen bed rooms (which was what we had booked via Expedia) and offered us a king side bed which wasn't a problem for us. Because we were "inconvenienced" they let us check in early which was a wonderful thing. The restaurant has several restaurants but we chose to eat elsewhere. They offer a breakfast buffet for $20 (adults) and $10 (kids), 5 and under for free. We also chose somewhere else for breakfast. I would recommend this hotel and we will be staying there again if we need a hotel in South Lake Tahoe again. "
