"The check in was quick. I arrived early to park there and spend the day at Heavenly. The staff notified me around noon my room is ready. The room has everything I needed. The bath room shower and tower rack are dated. The service was great. The location is the best I could ask for skiing at heavenly."

Additionally, the bedsheets had a blood stain upon arrival, which raised concerns about cleanliness.
