"We loved the location and the views from our room. The small bathroom was a little challenging. The biggest issue we had was the bed. The floor of our room wasn't level therefore the bed was slanted. Our heads were lower than our feet and it was pretty uncomfortable. They allowed us to leave our bikes in the bike rental building and I am pretty sure someone used my bike. Probably need better communication among staff."

"Just be careful about the added fees for tennis. It is not clear on their website that they charge $81.00 for indoor court time. I specifically asked to play outdoors and they directed me to pay more without letting me know the cost up front. The rooms are a little tired (I stayed in the Executive King) and need some updated, but the resort has a nice pool area and hot tub and the free coffee in the morning is a nice touch."

"No gym on the premises and the door to our room opened and closed really hard. The heat/air conditioner was confusing from lower floor to top floor. The room was gorgeous though and the wedding we were there for was great. Super fun spacious 2-floor room. Very nice! Walking distance to a lot of places nearby too."

"The room was small. No chair, no couch, no place to put luggage out of the way. The shower stall door was broken and the bathroom was very small with no room to move around with two people. My husband fixed the blind in our room because it was broken. The water took 30 sec or more to get hot. Loved the breakfast."

"This place was perfect! The room was comfortable and clean, and the towels were super fluffy! Staff was helpful and kind. The location is ideal, with a good variety of restaurants and bars within walking or very short driving distance."

"Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort. "

"The Grey Fox Inn was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. Our only issue involved a booking error. We accidentally checked in a day later than the dates that were originally booked. On our second day, we were informed that we did not actually have a reservation for that night. Because we booked through Expedia, the inn would not apply the unused night we had already paid for toward the additional night we needed. "Great value. Huge unit. Very old school simple motel with just one story and you can park at your door. Great location to access ski resort. I didn’t use the shuttle but it was right by the hotel. Hot tub was unavailable half the time and not very hot. But that was a guests fault for glass bottle in the hot tub. Kitchenette very limited but functional for breakfast and quick meal. "We stayed here for our Anniversary and it was awesome! The room was modern and very cozy. The hotel was located in the middle of Stowe, Vermont so finding a good place to eat isn't hard to find. The fire pit outside along with the hot tub and sauna were also amazing. Overall, we would definitely comeback to a future trip in Stowe. On the side note, the breakfast spread is so good, just hits like home! "

"Wir hatten die Einheit 7 (The Lounge), es war wunderschön und liebevoll vorbereitet für uns. Es war alles da, was man braucht, auch zum Kochen. DAs Haus ist an der Hauptstraße gelegen, mit Geschäften, Cafes und Restaurants. Die Geschäfte schließen um 5 pm (im Mai). In der Umgebung kann man auch viele Aktivitäten machen. Wir können das Butler House wärmstens empfehlen."
