"The room I was going to initially be given was in a nonsmoking area and wreaked like smoke the hallways was ridiculously dirty and creepy at that. The pictures are super misleading! They made me think that I’d have a balcony since the room I was booking showed a balcony and it did not. On top of the room itself not looking anything like the pictures. I talked to a helpful young lady at the front who let us “upgrade” our room to one that actually looked like the pictures except the balcony. It...

"The manager was very unprofessional. There was no acknowledgement from her when we arrived at the front lobby. I tried calling the front desk while sitting in the lobby to get help checking in and she kept hanging up my calls then lied about it. I asked for an explanation as to why she couldn’t answer the call to simply let me know they’re busy or short staffed anything would have been acceptable besides deliberately hanging up. She refused to explain her reasoning and told me if I wanted to...
