"Pro’s ~ The location was perfect ~ peaceful and scenic ~ right by the waterfront! Great for walking! Parking was off street. The room was very clean, with all the necessary kitchen utensils/rquipment, towels,etc. we loved visiting the nearby Britannia shipyard, Gulf of Georgia Cannery, the Post Office & museum about the Japanese incarceration behind it, the Tram, etc! Cons~ The room was noisy b/c the HVAC equipment was on the top of an unfinished ceiling~ but they provided two sets of spongey...

"I had paid in advance (card on file) for a room for my son after a weekend visit. I was told directly by customer service at arrival that if *he did not provide a cc for incidentals then he would not be given the room. He does not have a cc, hence mine was used at booking. I was then told that “ONLY” the occupants of the room regardless of who pays has to have a card on file. “She made an exception” for MY benefit, she said, but would not offer it in the future, “that’s policy”. "My room was huge and the bathroom was also a great size. I had everything I needed including a large TV, kettle and a fan/air con unit. The property is in a very nice area which is quiet and also very safe for solo travellers. It was an easy walk to shops and restaurants as well as the river trails."

"It was perfect. Shuttled from the airport, straight there. Check in and out seamless. The staff was so friendly to Americans. Made me feel right at home. Slept the sleep of the dead, so tired. The bed was nice. Uber pulled up right next to the door. Convenient and easy! Little store inside was nice. I would definitely book again if I'm ever in Vancouver."

"The marina room view was half and half so wasn’t what I expected but I was still able to see the marina. Room temperature was too warm even though it was set to 15. We came in late and I was travelling with children so didn’t have the energy to mention it at midnight and we only stayed for one night. I would stay again based on this stay."
