"This hotel is freshly renovated and rebranded (like last week). The rooms are pristine & up to date. The only ding was the TV didn’t work for the whole two nights I was there. I asked reception and they said the construction guys had knocked it out, but it never got fixed while I was there."

"Very clean property and the owner who lives on site is super nice. But be careful do not book the room D because it’s very small. Me and my husband can barely move inside the room. Better book the rooms that have bathrooms connected. Share bathroom can be a problem. This house is located in a very convenient area. Quiet neighborhood. Parking can be a problem, but if you park a block away is no problem."

"The staff were great and very helpful, but that is the only good thing. Honestly this place is really shady. Everything feels dirty and outdated. There’s an odd smell. There’s definitely no sanitization. The shuttle worker asked my 1 year old to keep it down after having travelled for 20 hours? And they let any random strangers on the shuttle without any verification of stay at the hotel. The lady came on was definitely not stable. WOULD NOT recommend this place AT ALL."

"it's a good and clean place, quiet, has light breakfast options. it is quite far into richmond, past the richmond-brighouse train station, if you're taking transit. but they do offer transit to/from YVR as long as you ask about it before hand, for an extra cost. the host was nice and communicative."

"We stayed in the one bedroom basement unit with the kitchen and washer and dryer and living room etc. It was very nice. The lighting was a little dark especially in the bathroom and there were only a couple of glasses and two coffee mugs. Our friends stayed in the main house in a one bedroom unit and we were going to have them down for coffee but we couldn’t serve them. As it turned out the host had made coffee for them so we went and joined them. Sam and Lilly were very helpful and very lovely....

"We stayed here after a late arrival into the airport. The free hotel shuttle arrived quickly even though it was 12 am. The rooms are very clean and we found the beds comfortable. The complimentary breakfast included some hot items in addition to the typical continental breakfast selection."

"Wonderful hotel close to YVR. The staff were extremely helpful and I was thankful for the free shuttle service to and from the airport. The restaurant (Moxies) is on site and it was easy to order take out. Hotel is clean and our room was perfect. Tim Hortons is just across the street for coffee in the morning! Would choose this hotel over the competition any day. Special thanks to the front desk clerk Kevin :)"
