"Our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing and fell far below reasonable expectations of cleanliness and service. The room and linens were not properly maintained. The bedding was unclean, and the pillowcases had visible stains, which is entirely unacceptable. In addition, the bathroom facilities were not functional. Both the shower and the sink were clogged, preventing proper drainage. We made multiple requests for assistance, yet no one came to address the issue during our stay....

"Pros: Perfect location near Times Square and 42nd St Station. Quiet and convenient. Cons: The room needs significant improvement. We had very few hangers, tiny toiletries (we had to buy our own soap at Target), and only two towels. Housekeeping was a major issue; one night we returned to find our bed stripped and sheets left on the floor, despite not requesting service. When we alerted the front desk, they were unhelpful and told us to just leave the pile on the floor as no one was available to...

"There is no fridge, no microwave. The rooms were small as described but the room could use maintenance and cleaning. The thermostat did not work at all. I would lower it cause it felt humid and the temp would never drop I had to open the window. The towel heat warmer did not work. The safe never opened either. The good thing is it was located in a convenient location close to time square and lots of food and store options. "

"Upon arriving we were a little hesitant, the outside leaves a lot to be desired. But this property did not disappoint. It was outdated and I did use Lysol wipes on surfaces in our room. But I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, elevators were fast. Excellent location to Canal St.subway. Fantastic and clean bodega 24/7 next door. Unlimited free bottles water at front desk and a rooftop terrace. Luggage storage in lobby. Had everything we needed. Great...

"It was dirty with pills and bloody wrapped up paper,. Maybe a pad. I didn’t open it. No soap in the bathroom and stains of blood by the window. Didn’t stay, and the front desk is fighting me for a refund. Immediately left and booked another room in a different hotel with my 3 kids "
