"They had a nice variety of breakfast food and it looked amazing, unfortunately I did not stay due to meeting family for brunch. Did not have time to check out the gym or pool area. Was busy with graduation activities. Our room was very clean."

"Seems like a newly renovated place, very clean, had a nice gym on the floor. The staff was professional and courteous. Maybe a microwave could have been a good addition to the rooms utilities. The spa and resto options looked great, we did not have enough time to try that out. Overall a very nice place to stay with family."

"Convenient location right off the highway and near restaurant options Friendly staff and comfortable beds Breakfast however was a letdown, as available hot options not to my liking...egg white omelet, turkey sausage, biscuits and gravy. French toast sticks were tasteless and rubbery and the Make your own pancake was available but didn't try it or see anyone attempt it. Hot cinnamon roll was okay."

"The staff was so lovely, made the stay that much better. Also with the 24 hr free shuttle to the airport was very helpful and accommodating."

"Stayed here several times. Always a good experience. Very friendly staff and great bar/restaurant with great food for reasonable price. Only complaint this visit was the cleanliness of the bathroom. Clumps of hair left in the shower and on the floor near the toilet. The sink also had a slow drain. Overall a nice convenient place to stay for a great price. Morning breakfast would be nice. It is pretty quiet considering the airport is right next to the hotel."

"Perfect for being stuck overnight at the airport, or overnight before an early departure. Their shuttle will take you to any restaurants within a 3 mile radius. Clean and comfortable, very friendly service."

"All the staff were friendly and helpful (front desk, maids, restaurant server). We loved the free coffee and tea every morning in the lobby area and the free covered parking. We also really enjoyed the ability to walk to all the cute shops and cafes in the historic village of Williamsville."

"The things I really liked about this hotel were that it was clean without smelling of industrial fragrance, it was quiet when we were trying to sleep, and it was conveniently located near the highway. I am very sensitive to air fresheners and scented cleaners, and this hotel was comfortably clean and neutral smelling.
