"Séjour superbe! Hotel très propre et chic avec tarif avantageux. J'y retournerai certainement! J'ai beaucoup aimé les draps du lit et la grandeur de la chambre. Les petits déjeuners ne sont pas inclus cependant il y a un restaurant dans l'hôtel qui sert des délicieux déjeuner jusqu'à 12h."

"Lovely well appointed large room with attention to detail like guitar insignia on pillowcases and layered lighting on headboard. Nice big bathroom and huge tv. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The only criticism is there was no shower gel in the container attached to the wall in the shower and very little body cream. We did find it quite expensive but otherwise enjoyed our stay."

"I was very happy with my stay. For me, it's the small details that matter. Cleanliness is #1 and everything in my room and in the hotel was clean. Outside of the room being a bit dated, I was pleased with my room. I can't wait to see the renovated rooms when that happens. The one thing that was irritating was not being able to access someone at reception several times. Several times they were not at the desk and there is NO WAY to contact them. I shouldn't have to go back to my room to phone them. This needs to improve. The lounge was a hit or miss. One of the guests was almost screaming one afternoon and NONSTOP. I had to ask her to talk softer and everyone else gave me a smile because I did that. Someone from the hotel should have done this. We are there to relax and we can't do this if someone is being inconsiderate. They don't even verify who's coming in. Dress code should be managed better as well. The food service was good except one morning when we all had to wait for things. No bowls, no bacon, no milk in the coffee machine. No one was removing the dirty dishes from the table. I waited 35 minutes before one dish was removed. Sorry but this is unacceptable."
