"The rooms are always"

"This hotel was a disappointment to say the least, the most grammatically correct way to describe the room we had is a disgusting, dirty, never maintenanced heap of garbage. The smell inside the room I can only describe as a dead animal or recent murder scene. Needless to say I asked for another room which we were given and to their credit it didn’t smell like dead rotting flesh. HOWEVER, the shower was broken the electric outlets were dangling from the wall, the lights worked intermittently....

"We stayed here just passing through. The beds were clean, though there were small cigarette burns on some of the sheets. The rooms were secure and the premises quiet on the Friday night we stayed. We rented 2 rooms and one of them appeared to have mildew on the vent in the bathroom. One of the rooms we initially got did not have a properly flushing toilet and was missing a light bulb.
