"Upon arrival we were told that an associate would take us to our apartment. After waiting around for 15 - 20 minutes I asked someone if they could help us. They showed us to our apartment. The apartment was bare bones. There were not kitchen towels or wash cloths. There was no room in the bathroom for toiletries. The kitchen table was an office desk. The queen bed has 2 very small pillows. And oh my goodness the spiral staircase was a nightmare! Thank heavens we were on the second floor...

"Strutta consigliatissima, fuori dal centro ma noi eravamo comodissimi a muoverci con una bici a noleggio. La zona Ăš molto carina, riqualificata e con tutti i servizi necessari. Tralaltro il ferry che collega al centro Ăš gratuito. Self check-in facile e comodissimo. L'agenzia proprietaria presente, attenta e disponibile, anche se per fortuna non abbiamo mai avuto alcun problema. Communicating with staff was difficult, as there were times where our included breakfast option was removed from the booking, and additional services were added that we didn’t ask for. "Excellente communication par mail et whatsapp Appart'hotel bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine et les chambres. Deco moderne et appartement luminineux. Parking couvert sĂ©curisĂ© en option. ProximitĂ© avec le centre ville (2 arrĂȘts de bus /12 min de la gare centrale) Par contre aucune option de restauration Ă  proximitĂ© Ă  part le cafĂ© en bas de l'immeuble qui Ă©tait fermĂ© le jour de notre arrivĂ©e (25/12) Cependant, la propretĂ© laisse Ă  desirer surtout qu'on Ă  payer 90 pour le mĂ©nage...
