"Good location. Over-priced. Non-functional wi-fi. Unhelpful staff."

"Walking in the first thing I notice was the rooms were extremely small. No biggie. But then a few major things like plumbing was backed up so shower water filled up the floor and same thing with the bathroom faucets.. the power outlets did not work so I couldn’t charge my phone which ended up being a major issue for my night out. One of the worst properties I have stayed at. To make matters worse there is no one to physically talk to for check in so it just made it all that much more difficult....

"Rooms are tiny, with no place to place anything down. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, even across the hallway. Good location though."

"What a treasure we found! Everything was fabulous especially the staff and the breakfast. The room was large and comfortable and we were even able to pay for parking on-site. I highly recommend this little gem."

"Not fancy but it did the trick. Very clean large room, comfortable bed and well located. Helpful and courteous staff. 2 minor complaints; the room keys were easily de-magnetized if you put them next to any electronics (in your pocket next to your phone). Also, the shower would get really hot randomly, so you needed to constantly adjust."

"It’s actually cute inn with little casita style rooms. I reserved a 2 queen bed and it was very clean, with a separate bedroom for one bed which was nice. Room looked upgraded and well maintained with a mini fridge and microwave. Parking rate was good and you can request 2 spaces. The check in was fairly easy with the helpful manager and virtual guy. The location was fantastic as it was only a 10 min walk to the Cow Palace for our event no need to uber in the traffic mess. Stars off because we...

"Such a clean and charming bed and breakfast with so much character. The shared spaces are welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic each and every day! The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of food options and corner stores nearby. If you drive here, parking is challenging but not impossible I look forward to staying here again in the future."

"The property was unclean outside on the grounds. Inside our room, we found old very stained unholstered chair, and a very filthy dirty bathroom with black mold in the shower, under soap holder, in every crack and crevice of the bathroom (which was everywhere), black mold in the window area and floor boards.
