"The staff, as always, were pleasant, efficient and helpful. The kitchen was clean and well appointed. The apartment, a two bedroom apartment, was roomy and comfortable. I have stayed there many times and it will continue to be my first choice."

"We booked for 2 adults & 1 child, but when we arrived, there was no 3rd bed, nor was there even 3 towels in the room on check in. When we spoke to reception about why there wasn't a third bed, I was told "we don't make assumptions." Not sure who expects 2 adults to sleep in the same bed of a 6 year old... The rollaway that was eventually delivered had a stained doona and no doona cover (we only discovered this after the second night - our son was in contact with the stains whilst sleeping). We...
